The O-med mill is a small family business that controls all aspects of production from the harvest to the bottling, using the most cutting-edge technology. Their Arbequina olive oil has an aroma reminiscent of apple and green banana, and a well-balanced flavor that works with many dishes. It pours a clear and bright golden-green color and is the perfect choice for drizzling over salads, vegetables, grilled meats and fish, or to use as a finishing oil for pasta dishes.
