Our cooperative rears young lambs in the Rocky Mountain region using humane and sustainable methods in a healthy, stress-free environment. The high-altitude grasses are supplemented with a minimal grain feed, resulting in lamb that is tender and mild, and a favorite among our chef clients.
Our young lamb is raised in the Rocky Mountain region by a small cooperative of ranchers. The sheep thrive on high altitude pasture in a stress-free, outdoor environment. Pasture-raised and finished with minimal grain supplemental feed (with no animal by-products), our domestic lamb are never given antibiotics or hormones. The result is tender and mild lamb meat which is a favorite among our chef clients.
