Our line of ham includes different styles. Fully-cooked and ready-to-heat, our ham is handcrafted from antibiotic-free, Berkshire pork (known as Kurobuta pork), smoked over real applewood and seasoned with just the right touch of brown sugar and salt. Choose from bone-in ham, boneless ham, spiral-cut ham, or a convenient ham steak. There is a quality ham for every occasion - from weeknight dinner to a holiday meal. Our Berkshire Paris ham – called bistro ham – is unsmoked and cooked with the skin on, just like the famous French ham. Try our distinctive tasso ham, coated in Cajun spices, which is a must in recipes like gumbo or grits. We also offer dry-cured ham from the French and Spanish traditions, both of which would be welcome on any cheese plate or charcuterie board. The Spanish hams - both heritage-breed Mangalica ham and prized Iberico ham - are dry-cured in the mountains, made entirely with natural ingredients and aged for years.
