Our Wagyu beef bresaola is dry-cured, ready-to-eat, and conveniently sliced. This traditional Italian-style charcuterie is hand-crafted with simple, quality ingredients. It begins with Wagyu beef - prized the world over for its luscious marbling and intense flavor - raised on small family ranches. There's nothing but beef, salt, spices, and of course, time, in our recipe. We never add any nitrates or nitrites, and our beef is raised humanely, with no antibiotics or hormones. The result is bresaola with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, deep red color, and bold beefy flavor.
  • Antibiotic- and hormone-free Wagyu beef
  • Hand-crafted using traditional techniques
  • Air-dried Wagyu beef eye round
  • No nitrates or nitrites added, except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice powder
  • Tart sumac balances intense beef flavor
  • Gluten-free
  • No colorings
  • Sliced for convenient serving
  • See expiration on package
  • Product of USA

Serving Tips: Our Wagyu bresaola is a decadent offering on a charcuterie board. You can add a light drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil to bring out its flavor. In Italy, bresaola is often served with soft cheese, like Robiola, as part of an antipasti course.
