The rabbits are fed a clean diet of sweet alfalfa grasses, oats, wheat, and barley; their consistent and regulated diet produces unadulterated rabbit, with no traces of antibiotics, hormones or other chemicals. Rabbit offers more protein and less fat than both beef and chicken and requires fewer resources to bring it to market. This makes it among the most environmentally friendly meats available, as well as the ultimate healthy meat.
