The prep for our fabulous seafood tower is simple. Delivered pre-cooked, our fresh, frozen seafood needs simply to be thawed for 24-36 hours in the refrigerator.


Fill each tray with lots of ice.

Arrange the Snow Crab Claws & Jumbo Shrimp around the Cocktail Sauce.

Cut King Crab Legs in half.

Add Maine Lobster Claws.

Slice lemons.

For an extra flourish garnish with herbs.
Paella Gift Set

Our Paella Gift Set delivers all the essentials you need to make an unforgettable Spanish-inspired dish.
Taking its name from the unique pan used in this dish’s preparation, the shallow base produces crisp, toasted saffron rice, cooked to perfection. Follow the instructions below for a one-pan, seafood-centric meal.
- 2 cartons of Seafood Paella Cooking Base
- 2 cups Paella Rice
- 2-3 saffron threads
- 1 lb. fresh Littleneck Clams
- 1 lb. fresh Prince Edward Island Mussels
- 1 lb. Jumbo Cooked Shrimp
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil in the Paella Pan over medium-high heat, then add Paella Rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly toasted. Add the Cooking Base and saffron threads and then bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook without stirring for an additional 10 minutes. As an option, for a crispier bottom, increase heat to high for the first two minutes, then reduce heat to medium for the remaining 8 minutes. Add clams and mussels to the pan, nestling them into rice mixture, and then reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Arrange the shrimp in rice mixture, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are done. Discard any unopened shells, remove from heat, and drizzle generously with olive oil. Feel free to add lemon slices, and then serve!
