Our sliced duck prosciutto is ready-to-eat charcuterie at its best. Moulard duck breasts are rubbed with salt, sugar, and spices – but never any nitrates or nitrites - then air-dried in small batches to ensure the best quality. Because we don’t use nitrates, this has to be described as an “uncured” product, though the duck breasts are aged in a natural process as old as time. With a balanced flavor and firm, yet silky texture, sliced duck prosciutto is a welcome addition to a charcuterie board or cheese plate.

  • Made with Moulard duck breast
  • No antibiotics, no hormones
  • Hand-crafted using a traditional recipe
  • Vegetarian diet of corn and soy
  • Dry “uncured” - no nitrites or nitrates added
  • Gluten-free
  • Sold sliced
  • Product of USA
  • For best taste, use within 3-5 days of receipt and/or by the expiration date on the package
  • Subscription Eligible

Serving Tips: Duck prosciutto makes an excellent addition to any charcuterie board or cheese plate. Conveniently sliced for easy serving, duck prosciutto can be a star ingredient in your spread. The slices are also delicious wrapped around summer produce like melon or stone fruits. Try making Gascon “sushi” by wrapping a slice around mousse of foie gras.

Nutritional Information

Charcuterie refers to smoked, cured, or cooked meats, all of which are traditional methods of preservation. In France, the techniques have been elevated to a culinary art form over the centuries.

We follow Old Word recipes and use natural techniques and only the highest quality ingredients to create our diverse line of charcuterie.

Our handmade charcuterie represents the full range of styles and flavors, including bacon, cured ham, cooked, dry-cured, and raw sausages, pâtés and mousses, duck confit, rillettes, and prosciutto, smoked and cured duck, chicken and turkey breasts.
