This unique Arbequina extra virgin olive oil comes from the Castillo de Canena estate, which has been producing exceptional oils in the Guadalquivir Valley of Andalucía in the south of Spain since 1780. A blend of dried red pepper, cayenne, garlic, coriander, and caraway is infused into the oil, which produces a gorgeous orange-red color and the deep flavor of harissa. Enjoy the toasted and pungent aromas of cayenne, followed by the spices, each of which is perfectly identified in the aftertaste. The combination of the fruity and green aromas of the fresh Arbequina olives is beautifully balanced by the spices. Use it to add some spice to dressings, mayonnaise, tartars, ceviche, couscous, tajines, vinaigrettes, and dips like hummus or sour cream.
