The Vecchi family has been making vinegar for several generations – some of the barrels in their Acetaia are over 150 years old. Their high-quality balsamic vinegars are crafted from grapes grown in family vineyards. This fruity condiment is a blend of balsamic vinegar, cooked grape must, and raspberry juice. Use this fragrant balsamic dressing for wild game and red meats, in salads, or even fruit and ice cream.
