DIRECTIONS:
Our Maine Lobster Meat is delivered pre-cooked and frozen. Simply place in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours to thaw, then lightly rinse, drain, and pat dry with paper towels. For reference, 1½ cups of frozen meat is approximately equal to ½ lb. of cooked lobster meat and is a wonderful addition to a variety of your favorite recipes!
