This leg of lamb is slightly larger than our grass-fed equivalent, and offers marbled, succulent meat.

Our lambs are raised on high-altitude pasture for between six to nine months, which results in tender texture and mild flavor.

The perfect cut for a family gathering or holiday meal, leg of lamb is easy to prepare. Just rub with herbs and garlic and roast it in the oven while you prepare the rest of your feast.

A roasted leg of lamb will make an impressive and delicious meal, any time of the year.
