Our ground turkey has a good balance of dark thigh meat and lean white meat in an 88% lean to 12% fat blend. It's ideal for all your ground turkey recipes, from turkey burgers and turkey meatballs to turkey meatloaf, chili, and tacos. Lean, fast-cooking and versatile, ground turkey is a handy thing to have in your freezer. The turkeys are raised on small Amish and Mennonite farms in Pennsylvania on a vegetarian and gluten-free diet of locally grown corn and roasted soybeans ground on the farm and enhanced with vitamins and minerals. Our all-natural turkeys are never administered antibiotics or hormones and are grown out slowly. The result is delightfully tender, moist turkey meat with superb taste.
