Additional Information

This lamb shoulder is the perfect boneless roast. Serve it for special occasion dinners, or make it on the weekend to provide a few days of meals (lamb for lunch!).

We made it super easy to cook by rolling and tying it in a net for you, which means it will cook evenly with perfectly done lamb all the way through.

Just keep the lamb shoulder in the net, season and roast it in the oven. Or you can cut it up and braise it in a Dutch oven or tagine. Shred and then serve it like pulled pork.

Our goal in all we do is to provide healthy and delicious meat that comes from a clean and sustainable environment. We are dedicated to finding ranchers and farmers that share our vision of a more humane and sustainable way of rearing livestock. That’s why we work only with those who respect nature and focus on the best animal welfare practices.

Our domestically-raised lamb comes from the Rocky Mountain region, where our ranching cooperative provides a stress-free environment for the young sheep.

Brought to high-altitude pastures to graze on pristine grasses, the Rambouillet/Suffolk breed lambs are raised with natural and sustainable methods, and never given antibiotics or hormones. They are finished with a minimal supplemental grain feed which contains no animal by-products.

The lambs are raised to the age of six to nine months, instead of the more common one year of age, resulting in a tender texture and superb flavor.
