We source all our lobsters from the icy cold waters of the North Atlantic. Our dedication to sustainability dates back to when Lobster Gram opened our doors in 1987 as the first to deliver live Maine lobsters directly to home cooks.
All our processes, and the partners who help carry them out, adhere to the Lobster Conservation Code of Conduct. Important sustainability practices safeguard the rich resources found in the region, which allows the industry to prosper generation after generation.
Getting live lobsters to your door is a straightforward process, but a delicate and timely one that demands expertise and the right facilities. Our corporate headquarters has a 3,000-gallon live lobster tank in a specialized seafood section to keep them cold and healthy. The location near the Chicago O'Hare airport makes it easy to transport live lobsters from the East Coast docks to homes across the nation. Our goal is to bring the flavors of fresh Maine lobster to everyone who craves that seashore experience.
