  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Recipe notes
It’s easy to serve sweet and juicy lobster tails hot off the grill. This recipe preps and cooks in just 30 minutes, making it perfect for delicious meals during the summer. The flavor of lobster is hard to beat, and grilling makes it even more enticing. Whether it’s dinner for two or a backyard party (just add more lobster tails), serve with a fresh salad and a vegetable side dish for a delightful meal.
RECIPE Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a medium pan. Peel the garlic cloves and chop fine. Sauté the garlic until almost brown. Remove pan from heat. Pour half of the garlic butter off and set aside the remaining butter for later use. Garlic butter helps to keep the meat moist and adds a savory kick.
  2. Slice the back of the lobster tail and meat, cut in half, open it and lay flat; alternatively, piggyback the lobster tail by cutting the top and pulling the meat out to sit atop the shells. Do the same for the other lobster tail. Brush melted garlic butter onto the lobster meat. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Oil the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent lobster from sticking. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Put lobsters on the grill, cook for 5-10 minutes or until the meat turns white.
  4. Remove from grill. Heat up the reserved garlic butter and serve with lobster tails, garnishing with chopped parsley.
  5. To serve, add some lemon wedges on the side.
