    GENERAL DELIVERY: All orders ship via FedEx Overnight. You choose your delivery date - up to 30 days in advance. Orders placed before Noon ET, Monday-Thursday can be delivered the next business day. For Christmas delivery, orders must be placed before Noon EST, Thursday, December 21st.

    CHRISTMAS PRE-ORDERS:: Orders containing a "pre-order" Turkey, Turkey Breast, Goose or Capon must be delivered on December 20th, 21st, or 22nd.

    The morel (Morchella esculenta) holds magic and mystery. When this gorgeous conical mushroom peeps through the debris of the forest floor, it is a sure sign of spring.

    Expert foragers comb the forests around the world, seeking the hard-to-spot fungi. And when the season ends, we turn to dried morels for a fix. Luckily, morels dry well, so you can enjoy their earthy, delicate and nutty flavor all year.

    The most fragile of our dried mushrooms, morels can be reconstituted in warm water and then used in cream sauces, stuffing, or anywhere else you want a hint of the wild morel.

    We follow wild mushrooms around the world and forage for the finest quality in the woods, fields and mountains where they grow. While they are available, we sell most of them fresh, but also preserve some of nature’s bounty. Dried naturally and carefully packed in France, our mushrooms offer the flavor of the forest year-round.

    We think that a pantry is not complete without a few jars of dried mushrooms, ready for when inspiration strikes.

    Reconstitute these mushrooms like you would any other, soaked to cover in warm water, until they rehydrate and plump. Save the flavorful liquid to use in soups or sauces.

    Stew them with a mix of mushrooms, cream and garlic for a decadent side.

    Or, sauté them with truffle butter, spring peas and leeks for a light and elegant pasta topping.
