Made Hamburgers topped with avocado. The beef was so juicy and flavorful. Best burger I ever made. I would love to try the filets. You can't do better than these. The patties are really big, tender, and juicy. On a brioche bun, they are heavenly! Our weeknight burger dinner was elevated thanks to these Wagyu patties. The burgers are excellent....I have ordered many times. I raise my own beef and therefore I know what makes a good hamburger. The wagyu hamburger wasn't good, it was excellent. They way the meat cooked and the aroma was mouth watering in itself. The fat from the wagyu, being heathier than other breeds of cattle, looked different and had a much richer taste. The peace of mind is knowing that your consuming a product that is great tasting and is also more healthy than other meats because of its high concentration of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Melt in your mouth...buttery, tender, flavorful, yumminess! Was "introduced" to this amazing burger when purchased thru another retailer of this product and have since bought this direct as well for family members as gifts. After having cooked up probably a 100 of these babies...I suggest cooking from either partially thawed or frozen to reduce flare up from fat. You can season it on the grill as you cook it and will not get the fire flareups if cooked thawed. Cook medium to medium rare. Only condiment should be mayo, no mustard or ketchup which will take away from flavor of meat. Grilled bun, Mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheese, grilled onions and meat seasoned with grill seasoning of choice (we like mesquite grill seasoning from Costco) will knock your socks off....ENJOY!
