Our wild Scottish hare is procured in weekend estate hunts organized exclusively for D'Artagnan and is immediately processed in a facility supervised by the European Economic Community Inspectors. Our product arrives in the US within just two days of the hunt, for the freshest wild game possible.

Season: Fresh stock is generally available from mid-September to February.
