Spicy Yum Yum Sauce for Grilled Steaks & Chops

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, preferably Kewpie Japanese mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Salt to taste

RECIPE Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, tomato paste, agave, and warm water. Whisk in mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; season with salt to taste. Cover and chill until ready to use.
