It doesn't have to be made of pork to be called bacon. Our duck bacon is a twist on the traditional that offers you great flavor and less fat than pork bacon.

This is the house that duck built, so it only makes sense that we offer duck bacon.
We start with the sturdy Moulard duck breast, known as magret.
The process is simple: the entire duck breast is rubbed with salt and sugar, smoked over applewood—no artificial liquid smoke or flavors are used—and then thinly sliced.
The shingles may be a little smaller than traditional bacon, but they are thick and meaty with a rich, smoky flavor.
According to USDA law, our natural bacon has to be labeled “uncured” because it has no added nitrates or nitrites.
But we think you will agree that it’s just better that way.
Cooking & Serving
Duck bacon is ideal for pork-free diets and is a fun substitute even for traditional pork bacon lovers. Serve it for breakfast or use it to enhance all kinds of dishes, including salads, pizza and pasta. Or make a DBLT—duck bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich--for a change of pace.
