We love lamb chops, and figured a double chop should be twice as good as a single. Logical, right?
Pan-seared and finished in the oven, our double-cut lamb chops make perfect single servings (though some may reach for seconds). Lamb chops like these can be charred on the grill, and still be nice and red at the center. Wherever you cook them, you will enjoy the clean taste of grass-fed lamb.
Our lamb chops are "frenched” and “cap off," which means that the rib bones have been cleaned of fat and are exposed. It's an elegant chop, and makes an impressive presentation.
Choose your size. These packs of 8 double lamb chops feature portions in two sizes. We packaged chops from the larger side of the rack together, and grouped the chops from the tapered side, which yields slightly smaller portions.
Cooking & Serving
Spread these lamb chops with garlic or crust with the herbs and spices of your choice. Rosemary is a natural choice, but the complex flavor of lamb can work with many spices. Sear it in a cast iron pan or char on the grill. But keep in mind that lamb is best when enjoyed slightly rare.
