Cooking Tips: Our lamb Denver chops make a unique and striking presentation and are great for dinner parties. Lightly score the fat cap before cooking to help it render and crisp. If grilling, cover the bone with a small piece of aluminum foil for the first half of cooking so it doesn't blacken.
