Our Vegetable Terrine is made with no animal products whatsoever, which makes it truly vegan. Using a rich base of red peppers, tomatoes and spinach, we were inspired by an Indian chef to add chickpea flour as a binding agent. The happy result is an earthy and delicious vegetable terrine that is suitable for vegan diets.
Easily spread on pita chips, or sliced and served on crostini, vegetable terrine can also be served alongside hummus or stuffed in mushrooms and topped with breadcrumbs. And even if you are not vegetarian, you can use this terrine as a stuffing for small birds or pork tenderloin.
