Our Duck Terrine Mousquetaire is a chunky, country-style pâté made with duck meat, all-natural pork, prunes and Armagnac. Playing on these classic Gascon flavors, our pâté is the perfect balance between sweet and savory. We call this pâté a terrine, which is simply the vessel in which it is traditionally cooked.
