Chef Steve Heinzerling has worked in a number of kitchens throughout New York City, including those of the Metropolitan Museum and Carnegie Hall. During his tenure at Glorious Foods he catered events for many notables, including Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, and later, he ran his own catering business in Brooklyn. Chef Steve Heinzerling has worked in a number of kitchens throughout New York City, including those of the Metropolitan Museum and Carnegie Hall. During his tenure at Glorious Foods he catered events for many notables, including Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, and later, he ran his own catering business in Brooklyn. He is currently a member of the D'Artagnan staff, where he cooks up magic in our kitchens on a regular basis. Staff favorites include Duck Fat Potato Chips, Duck Fat Doughnuts, whole-roasted pig and "Lump Sum."
