D’Artagnan’s all-natural chicken and wild mushroom sausage is handmade in small batches to our exacting standards to assure its consistent quality and superb taste.
It begins with the ingredients. We start with free-range chicken that is raised without antibiotics or hormones, just like the rest of our products. Our proprietary recipe brings together the earthy flavors of mushrooms with shallots and herbs. And these sausages are made without preservatives, nitrates, fillers, artificial flavors or colors. If we can’t pronounce it, we won’t use it!
The plump links have a perfect mix of mushrooms, garlic and spices that will complement almost any dish. Try them sliced and heated with rice, pasta, quinoa or atop a salad. Lighter and leaner than traditional sausages, our chicken sausages make a quick meal and offer great taste.
