Shipping Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped via FedEx for next day delivery. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico we unfortunately cannot always guarantee next day delivery.

How is shipping calculated?
The fee for shipping is calculated based on our current negotiated rates with FedEx for the total weight of the order. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total weight of your order.

When does my order get shipped?
D'Artagnan currently ships all orders overnight, Monday - Thursday, for next day delivery, Tuesday - Friday.

Available future delivery dates may be selected from the drop-down menu provided in the checkout process.
Next day delivery is available for orders placed online by 12 noon Eastern Time.

Can I schedule my delivery date?
Available future delivery dates may be selected from the drop-down menu provided in the checkout process. All orders must be shipped within 6 weeks of order date. Delivery date may only be rescheduled within the 6 week window.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable ice packs designed to maintain your items in good condition for up to 48 hours. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are determined by shipping zone. Therefore, orders to these areas must be placed directly with a representative. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-327-8246 for assistance.
• We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. All shipments require a street address
• We do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products
• We do not ship to Internationally

Tracking Information
Tracking information for your order will be emailed to the email address that you provide with your order. You may call (800) 327-8246 between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time to find out the status of your order.


Return Policy and Order Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
• The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
• Please check all addresses and carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
• Please check your delivery date carefully.  Orders will be shipped based on the delivery date that is selected during checkout.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order with advance notice. We will do whatever we can to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it. Therefore, if you must cancel an order, please do so before
5:00 p.m. EST on the day before it is scheduled to ship.

Any orders shipping during the holiday season (October 1 - January 15th) may be canceled up to 12:00 pm EST on the day prior to shipping. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accommodated and the order will ship as scheduled.

Ordering Deadlines for Holiday Delivery

Order by 12 PM EST: For Arrival On or Before:
December 20 for Christmas, delivery on December 21, 2012
December 27 for New Year’s Eve, delivery on December 28, 2012

PLEASE NOTE: Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected so please plan ahead and order early.
