Bacon has a universal appeal that is unique among meats. It is likely the world’s oldest processed meat (think wild boar leg strung up over a fire). Bacon is also the meat most likely to convert vegetarians to carnivores.
We take particular pride in making our bacon with heritage breed pork, all-natural ingredients and using only real hardwood chips to smoke it. Unless we are making duck bacon, in which case we use the succulent breast of a Moulard duck instead, and stick to all natural ingredients. Our bacon is called “uncured” simply because cured products are required by law to contain nitrates and nitrites, and ours don’t. Because natural bacon is better tasting and better for you.
This trio offers one each our signature bacons: Hickory Smoked Bacon, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Smoked Duck Bacon, each of which is perfect of all your bacon needs, from breakfast to burgers and salads to sandwiches.
