At D’Artagnan, we stand behind the quality of all our products 100% and our goal is to deliver the best meat in the world to you quickly and efficiently. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by phone (1-800-DARTAGNAN) or email (orders@dartagnan.com) within five days of receipt and we will gladly replace or refund your order, no questions asked.

Product Availability
Products shown on this Website are, unfortunately, not always available on the day requested and at the price shown. If a product you’ve ordered online is unavailable we will try to call or email you with both the date it will next become available and alternative product suggestions. Prices on items ordered online will be honored at all times. Please note, however, that in those cases that orders are called in that current pricing will be applied.

Customer Information & Credit Card Transactions
While purchasing D’Artagnan products online you are naturally asked to supply your name, billing address, shipping address, phone, and email address for customer service purposes. We also ask for your credit card payment information (this is immediately encrypted for security reasons). All of this information is transferred and stored in our secure offline database to allow us to fulfill your order.

Credit card payments are processed through Athorize.net on the day that your order is received. We take American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

In addition to using this information to serve you, we also reserve the right to send you informational newsletters and product emails periodically. You have the right, at any time, to use the link provided in these to ask us to not send you further email correspondence.

We do not share your personal information with other companies at any time.

Shipping
Next day delivery is available for orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Time. Future delivery dates can be selected from the drop-down menu provided in the checkout process.

Your order will be custom packed the day before you’ve requested delivery from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. If an item in your order is not available, we will call you and let you know, offering suggestions, where appropriate, for substitutions from items in stock at that time. In most cases, where we are unable to reach you, we will ship your order without the out-of-stock item omitted. Where this omission would prevent you from using the other items (for example, missing duck when you’ve ordered a Cassoulet D’Artagnan kit), we will not ship your order until the missing item becomes available.

Your order will be packed in an insulated box with ice packs designed by D’Artagnan to maintain your items in good condition for at least 48 hours.

Any orders shipping during the Holiday Season (October 1 - January 15th) may be canceled up to 2 pm Eastern Time on the day it is to ship. Cancellations received after 2 pm for an order shipping that day cannot be accommodated and the order will ship as scheduled.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
All orders are shipped via UPS for next day delivery. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee next day delivery. The fee for shipping is that paid by us to UPS for this service, for the total weight of the package. For orders over $250, we no longer offer free shipping except as a special promotion. Instead, we offer those ordering over $250 a flat discount of $25 off their order total.

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you -- to the email address that you provide with your order -- directly from UPS. You may call (800) 327-8246 between 9 am and 5 pm EST to find out the status of your order.
