    Domestic, pasture-raised lamb, raised in the Rocky Mountains with no antibiotics or hormones. These boneless lamb loins - popular among our chef clients - offer incredible tenderness and flavor without the gaminess often associated with lamb. Try them on the grill, or simply pan sear for succulent results.

    GENERAL DELIVERY: All orders ship via FedEx Overnight. You choose your delivery date - up to 30 days in advance. Orders placed before Noon ET, Monday-Thursday can be delivered the next business day. For Christmas delivery, orders must be placed before Noon EST, Thursday, December 21st.

    CHRISTMAS PRE-ORDERS:: Orders containing a "pre-order" Turkey, Turkey Breast, Goose or Capon must be delivered on December 20th, 21st, or 22nd.

    When grilling season starts, lamb loin with the traditional rosemary seasoning is a star. Fennel seeds make a refreshing accompaniment, and if you have fresh fennel, grill that along with the lamb.

    Lamb loin is also perfect for pan searing; serve the tender slices on roasted fingerling potatoes.

    Or treat each piece like a roast; crust with mustard, chopped garlic, bread crumbs and herbs (rosemary, parsley, mint) and pop in the oven for a sensational meal.

    Our domestically-raised lamb comes from the Rocky Mountain region, where our ranching cooperative provides a stress-free environment for the young sheep.

    Brought to high-altitude pastures to graze on pristine grasses, the Rambouillet/Suffolk breed lambs are raised with natural and sustainable methods, and never given antibiotics or hormones. They are finished with a minimal supplemental grain feed which contains no animal by-products.

    The lambs are raised to the age of six to nine months, instead of the more common one year of age, resulting in a tender texture and superb flavor.

    Our cooperative raises young lambs on high-altitude pasture in the Rocky Mountains, using humane and sustainable methods. The lambs never get antibiotics or hormones, and they don’t need them because they live in a healthy, stress-free environment. The result of the careful husbandry and shepherding is lamb of superior tenderness and fresh, full flavor.
