Our all-natural sausage starts with free-range chicken, raised without antibiotics or hormones, just like the rest of our products. We use only real ingredients - but never any preservatives, nitrates, fillers, or artificial flavors. If we can't pronounce it, we won't use it. Inspired by the Southwest (of the United States this time), the medium-spicy links have the perfect combination of fire-roasted red peppers, ancho, chipotle, chile, and jalapeno peppers with a touch of cilantro. Chicken sausage offers a lighter alternative to traditional sausage, and is convenient since it comes fully cooked. We like these sausages charred lightly on the grill, but also enjoy them combined with red beans, corn, and tomatoes to create a light, low-fat sausage chili.
