(For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee next day delivery.) The fee for shipping is calculated based on our current negotiated rates with FedEx for the total weight of the order. To help offset the cost of shipping, we are pleased to offer our customers $25 off orders of $250 or more. D'Artagnan currently ships all orders overnight, Monday - Thursday, for next day delivery, Tuesday - Friday. Available future delivery dates may be selected from the drop-down menu provided in the checkout process. Next day delivery is available for orders placed online by 12 noon Eastern Time. On the day your order is to ship, your items will be hand picked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. Your order will be carefully packed in an insulated box with ice packs designed to maintain your items in good condition for up to 48 hours. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit. Tracking information for your order will be emailed to the email address that you provide with your order. You may call (800) 327-8246 between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time to find out the status of your order.BackordersIf an item in your order is not available, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know and to offer suggestions, where appropriate, for substitutions from items in stock at that time. In most cases, we will ship the available items and backorder any items that are out-of-stock. In the event that such a backorder would prevent you from using the other items (for example, missing duck leg confit when you’ve ordered a Cassoulet D’Artagnan kit), we will not ship your order until the missing item becomes available. Order CancellationsAny orders shipping during the Holiday Season (October 1 - January 15th) may be canceled up to 12 noon pm Eastern Time on the day prior to shipping.
