Shipping Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped via FedEx for next day delivery. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico we unfortunately cannot always guarantee next day delivery.

How is shipping calculated?
The fee for shipping is calculated based on our current negotiated rates with FedEx for the total weight of the order.  To help offset the cost of shipping, we are pleased to offer our customers $25 off any single order of $250 or more. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total cost of your order.

When does my order get shipped?
D'Artagnan currently ships all orders overnight, Monday - Thursday, for next day delivery, Tuesday - Friday. 

Available future delivery dates may be selected from the drop-down menu provided in the checkout process. 
Next day delivery is available for orders placed online by 12 noon Eastern Time.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable ice packs designed to maintain your items in good condition for up to 48 hours.  Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit. 

Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are determined by shipping zone. Therefore, orders to these areas must be placed directly with a representative. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-327-8246 for assistance.
• We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. All shipments require a street address
• We do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products
• We do not ship to Internationally

Tracking Information
Tracking information for your order will be emailed to the email address that you provide with your order. You may call (800) 327-8246 between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time to find out the status of your order.


Return Policy and Order Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
• The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
• Please check all addresses carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Ordering Deadlines for Holiday Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected so please plan ahead and order early.

Order Cancellations
Any orders shipping during the Holiday Season (October 1 - January 15th) may be canceled up to 12 noon pm Eastern Time on the day prior to shipping. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accommodated and the order will ship as scheduled.
