Our free-grazing cattle are raised in Texas in a low-stress environment and are never fed any hormones or antibiotics. Our steer receive clean water and a grass and grain vegetarian diet. Like their Japanese cousins, our Wagyu’s strictly followed diet rotation and traditional sake massage are key factors in the development of its characteristic marbling, delicate texture and superb flavor. The super-rich meat needs little adornment.
