We start with our aged, Moulard duck breast which comes from a cross-breed of Muscovy and Pekin ducks. It boasts a delicious, juicy meat and a breast so big, it's often referred to as a duck steak. We then marinate it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes with rosemary and thyme for a flavor that will transport you to the sunny shores of the warm Mediterranean sea.

Our marinated Magret is also available in Southwest and Teriyaki flavors.
