We start with our aged, Moulard duck breast which comes from a cross-breed of Muscovy and Pekin ducks. It boasts a delicious, juicy meat and a breast so big, it's often referred to as a duck steak. We then marinate it with soy sauce, white wine, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger and chives for a classic, tangy teriyaki flavor.

Our marinated Magret is also available in Mediterranean and Southwest flavors.
