We start with our aged, Moulard duck breast which comes from a cross-breed of Muscovy and Pekin ducks. It boasts a delicious, juicy meat and a breast so big, it's often referred to as a duck steak. We then marinate it in a smoky barbecue sauce made from spicy ancho and chipotle peppers.

Our marinated Magret is also available in Mediterranean and Teriyaki flavors.
